HOW FAST WILL I GET MY ORDER?
I use the United States Post Office to ship things with First Class or Priority Mail. It usually takes 3-7 days when they receive the package to deliver it to your address. Sometimes this process takes longer and is out of my control. I do give you a tracking number with Priority Mail so that you can see where it is in the delivery process. For orders over $500, I will use UPS and insure the package(s) for the amount of purchase.
DO YOU TAKE RETURNS?
Because of the nature of this business — made to order — I cannot take returns. If you have an issue with any damage from shipping or the order is different from what you ordered, then I will make every effort to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
